Don’t get upset – I’m not talking about the cutsie little spiky creatures!
These are made from minced beef and served with mashed potato. YUM!
Ingredients:
1kg minced beef
1/2c uncooked white rice
1/2c water
1/3c finely cut onion
1tsp salt
two garlic cloves chopped finely
pinch pepper
1-2 cans tomato soup
1c water
2tsp wostershire sauce
♥
Method:
1. Mix the beef, rice, 1/2c water, onion and seasonings together and make balls around the size of golf balls.
2. In another bowl mix the soup, water and worstershire sauce. Pour over the balls in an oven proof dish.
3. Cover and bake at 180C for around 45 minutes. (If you don’t have a lid, cover with foil)
4. Uncover and bake for a further 15 minutes.

*Note: I say 1-2 cans of tomato soup because I like more ‘sauce’.

I’m frightened of anything ‘meat ballish’. My brothers used to tell me about the ‘things’ people hid in them.
I can get over it for this one
